The typical public practice accountant deals with hundreds of clients and is constantly juggling time based billing whilst trying to adequately service their clients.
I struggled with these conflicting interests of making the profits needed to sustain a large accounting firm and the need to provide good service to my clients.
It is regular practice in large firms to pass work on to junior trainee accountants or outsource to cheap foreign companies who do the majority of the work and then a senior accountant would quickly review the work and then meet with the client. In most instances the client was totally unaware of who actually prepared their work.
At Zero Tax I do all the work from start to finish. I don’t charge you for every phone call you make and actually encourage you to contact me if you have any queries.
No work is outsourced and I limit the number of clients I will take on to ensure I am providing the service I feel clients want from their accountant.
